With enterprises increasingly falling victim to advanced and targeted attacks, it’s clear that a current methods don’t work and successful defense requires new methods. Businesses need to take a more proactive approach, constantly adapting their security controls to the ever changing threat landscape, and successfully identifying where these threats are most likely to succeed, and crafting a response plan and being able to execute on it. As a result, new capabilities in an integrated approach to vulnerability assessment, threat detection and response based on analytics, AI/ML and automation are being explored.
